Description:
JE Dunn was hired to manage the construction of the Kansas City West Edge Plaza Hotel & Office Buildings. After submitting a bid based on the Preliminary Design Documents JE Dunn and it's contractors began construction. Many times during the construction phase of the project, the owners made significant changes to the design and layout of the buildings but refused to pay for the changes, resulting in a need for arbitration between both sides to settle the monetary issues.

Too better illustrate the vast number of changes made from the Preliminary Design Documents to the Finished Construction Re-Design Documents, JE Dunn's attorney's hired Fearless Eye to organize the extensive amounts of information in an understandable way for the arbitrators.
