Description:
Case in which plaintiff's automobile stopped on the road making a left hand turn and was rear-ended and pushed into oncoming traffic. A semi-truck coming the opposite direction crashed into the side of the vehicle, paralyzing the driver. Counsel argued the semi-truck could have avoided the collision by leaving the road.
