Plaintiff's counsel argued the roof had intruded to such an extent during the crash that the driver was severely injured on the first roll before he was thrown from the vehicle.

Fearless Eye measured the vehicle roof crush with a specialized sonic digitizer to collect an accurate reading of the amount of roof crush that occurred and subsequently built the accident vehicle in 3D. Animation of the biomechanics and injury for the driver during roof crush were produced according to expert testimony.
