Case Type: Intersection Accident
Description:
The plaintiff was traveling West when it began to slide of fresh oil that was laid improperly. He skidded onto MO-41 with his nose just across the center line. Two semi-trucks traveling North were able to swerve and avoid the vehicle, but the vehicle traveling behind the semis was unable to stop, striking the plaintiff on his driver's side door.
Visualizations Produced:
After collecting data, aerial photos, accident photos, and modeling the site and vehicles in 3D, an animation was produced recreating witness reports to illustrate what the defendant could see as he approached the intersection.
