File 2002.02 - Cook v. Four Bears
Case Type: Personal Injury
Description:
A personal injury case involving a man who fell while walking on a sidewalk in front of an eating establishment. The man, who died from complications from the fall, claimed he could not see the step because the top and bottom of the steps were painted the same color, thereby making the elevation change difficult to perceive. Fearless Eye produced an animation showing the existing conditions (based on photographs taken the day of the accident) and an animation showing what the step would have looked like if it had been painted with contrasting patterns.
Visualizations Produced:
Based on photographs taken the day of the accident, an animation showing the existing conditions was created, as well as, an animation showing what the step would have looked like if it had been painted with contrasting patterns.
