An illustration was needed to show the jury the difference between a normal colon of 6.5 cm in diameter to an enlarged colon of 14 cm in diameter. Since a centimeter is such a small unit of measurement, it was important to show how significant 9 cm can be.

Visualizations Produced:
Needing to illustrate a colon enlarged to twice the normal size for a relatively low cost and quick turn-around, an illustration of a normal colon was purchased and incremental enlargements up to two times the size of the original were digitally produced. Illustrating the difference 9 cm can make in the human body.
