Description:
A police shooting involving a man being fatally shot in the back and side several times by police officers who were chasing him.  The police had been called to investigate the man who had allegedly not paid his Apartment rent.  While fleeing from his Apartment, the man ran around a nearby Church, picked up a piece of chipped sidewalk, and threw it at one of the two police officers.  The officers fired back with 11 shots. Five of the shots hit the man in his backside and two of them were fired while the man was on the ground.
