Description:
A residential area North of Chicago found chemicals in their ground water and attribute it to a nearby landfill, but there are other facilities that could be responsible.

Visualizations Produced:
A Digital Elevation Model was located and downloaded from USGS to model the area in question and applied an aerial photo. Expert Ground Water Flow Data was then converted and imported into the 3D software, illustrating how particles in the ground water would flow over the years from both the landfill and a nearby farm. The data showed that the ground water from the farm was more likely to be the cause of the residents problems than the landfill.
